We were approached by our clients who were intending on downsizing and subdividing their existing property. Their brief was to design and obtain a Town Planning Permit for a luxury two unit development on their existing tennis court.
Our involvement was from the initial design meeting on site, obtaining Town Planning permits, co-ordinating the building permit documentation. Running the tender project to obtain a suitable contractor and project managing the construction project to the completion of the project.
