Situated on tricky intersection on the corner of Seymour Grove and Burke Road, Camberwell with a slip lane from Seymour onto Burke, our office managed to skilfully design two distinct modern town houses on a tight 640m2 site. Each Townhouse containing 4 bedrooms plus a spacious north facing rumpus. We managed to convince Boroondara Council together with Vic Road that by adopting a vehicle turntable for each unit to exist the driveways in a forward motion that the development was still able to achieve compliance which was a huge win for our client and ultimately obtained approval from the Council.
Our commissions also included the design of all the interiors and documentation package for construction.
