Our client purchased a site which consisted of an existing dwelling at the front of the site. The brief was to design another dwelling to the rear of the site. We obtained a Town Planning Permit and were involved in the design and documentation of the project.
The look and feel of the new house was to integrate seamlessly within the existing leafy Montmorency context and create a classic, enduring home that was simplistic in material palette but effortlessly elegant. The design brief was to create a design with clean, strong lines, open spaces, design features that embrace natural light and mountain views, and seamless indoor/outdoor spaces made for easy entertaining.
